STEP 1: Fill out and submit the 2026-27 Online Registration Form . ONLY ONLINE REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

STEP 2: Email us at foreverdancelt@gmail.com and let us know which classes your dancer would like to take. We have classes for ages 2-18 years old.

Tiny Tots is for 2-3 year olds.

Tot Ballet/Tap and Tot Tumbling/Hip Hop are for potty trained 3-5 year olds.

Many choices for  dancers kindergarten through high school!!

If you have questions about class levels, just let us know.

If you need us to call you to help figure out which classes your dancer should be in, be sure to include your phone number in the email.

STEP 3: We will register your dancer and email you a Quickbooks invoice which can be paid online.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment for registration and September tuition will be due at the time of registration.
