Catherine Arens-Office Manager
Catherine moved to Tahoe in 1986 after graduating from CSU, Sacramento with a BS in Business Management. A former competition dance mom at Forever Dance, she returned in 2013 to become the office manager. As an empty nester, she missed being around children and loves to see them involved in dance at all levels. Catherine is also a ballroom/social dance instructor and specializes in wedding dance choreography. She is the team liaison for the Lake Tahoe Mini & Tot Teams. You will see her at the Lake Tahoe Studio Monday-Thursday from 3:30-6:30pm.
Taylor Thompson-FDCC Front Desk
As a new mom, Taylor Thompson joined the Forever Dance office staff in September 2019, working afternoons at the Carson City studio Monday through Thursday, which allows her to spend more time at home with her two young children during the day. Since her siblings have been competitors on the Forever Dance Team for many years, Taylor was already part of the FD Family. She says that working at Forever Dance has opened her eyes to a whole other world, giving her a “behind the curtains” view of how hard our dancers work and showing her the passion they have for what they love. Hoping to be a school teacher one day, Taylor’s background is working with children, and her love for children shows in her commitment to her job at Forever Dance.
Connie Thompson-Office Support Staff
Born and raised in the Carson City area, Connie is a 4th grade teacher at Bordewich Bray Elementary school, holding a BS in Healthcare Management, and a Masters in Education. An experienced dance mom with her two younger kids competing on the Forever Dance Team, Connie is part of our support staff for at FDCC and is the Team Liaison for the “Big Team” and the FDCC Mini and Tot Teams.
