Girls Any color leotard or any fitted clothes they can move around in. Pink ballet shoes. Hair in neat ponytail or bun.

Boys Any fitted clothes they can move around in. Black ballet shoes.

Tot Ballet/Tap Combo

Girls Any color leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes (ballet skirt optional). Hair in neat ponytail or bun.

Boys Short sleeved tight-fitting top, black shorts or dance pants, black ballet shoes, black tap shoes.

Tot Tumbling/Hip Hop

Girls Leotard or biketard, barefeet. Hair in neat ponytail or bun.

Boys Tight-fitting top, shorts or sweatpants, bare feet.

Tumbling

Girls Leotard or tight-fitting tank with booty shorts or leggings (bike-tards ok for younger dancer), bare feet. No sports bras. Hair in neat ponytail.

Boys Shorts and tight-fitting top, bare feet.

Tricks

Same dress code as Tumbling.

Pre-ballet & Ballet 1

Girls Pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes. Short ballet skirt allowed. Hair in neat ballet bun.

Boys White or black tight-fitting top, solid black shorts, tights or jazz pants, black ballet shoes. Ribbons and elastics on shoes must be sewn.

Ballet 2, 3, 4, Pointe

Girls Black leotard or recital leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes. Hair in neat ballet bun.

Boys White or black tight-fitting top, solid black shorts, tights or jazz pants, black ballet shoes. Ribbons and elastics on shoes must be sewn.

Jazz, Technique, and Baton

Girls Fitted clothing; bra tops, tanks or leotard, skirts, shorts & leggings permitted. Tan or black jazz shoe (tan jazz shoe will be worn for recital). Hair in neat ponytail or bun.

Boys Fitted t-shirt, loose shorts or track pants, black jazz shoe. No streetwear with writing on shirts.

Heels

Junior Contemporary & Contemporary

Loose or fitted clothing acceptable. (Can wear same clothes as in Jazz class). Half-shoes or bare feet.

Hip Hop

Have fun with your hip hop style. Sneakers. No outside shoes.

Tap

Girls Fitted clothing, bra tops, tank or leotard. Skirts, shorts or leggings permitted. Hair in neat ponytail or bun. Black tap shoes.

Boys Fitted t-shirt, loose shorts or track pants. Black tap shoes.

Pre-tech, Tech 1,2,3,4

Girls Leotard, sports bra or tight-fitting dance top, booty shorts or leggings, jazz shoes, hair/pulled back.

Boys  Shorts or jazz pants, tight-fitting top, jazz shoes. No streetwear with writing on shirts.

Flexibility & Flexibility & Roll-out

Loose or fitted clothing acceptable. (Can wear same clothes as in Jazz class). Half-shoes, jazz shoes or bare feet.

Junior Potpourri & Potpourri

Dancewear ☞ Be prepared for different styles of dance. Keep different looks and shoes in your dance bag.

Team Classes

All Team, Mini Team and Tot Team will follow all dress codes for the required classes. No writing on shirts in ballet, tech or team classes. A stricter dress code for the team rehearsals may be enforced throughout the season at the director’s discretion.

Team – Dancers 11 and under are required to have a neat bun for all rehearsals.

Mini/Tot Team – All Mini/Tot Team dancers are required to have a neat bun for all rehearsals.
