Catherine Arens
Office Manager
Catherine has been a vital part of the Forever Dance community since 2013, when she returned to the studio as Office Manager. With a BS in Business Management from CSU Sacramento, she brings strong organizational and leadership skills to her role, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio.
Having relocated to Tahoe in 1986, Catherine’s deep connection to the area and her love for dance make her a perfect fit for the Forever Dance team. As an experienced ballroom/social dance instructor, she also specializes in wedding dance choreography, combining her passion for teaching with her managerial expertise.
In addition to her office responsibilities, Catherine serves as the team liaison for the Lake Tahoe Mini & Tot Teams, fostering a supportive and engaging environment for young dancers. As a former competition dance mom, she finds joy in supporting children’s growth in the dance world.
You can find Catherine at the Lake Tahoe Studio Monday through Thursday from 3:30-6:30pm, ready to support students and parents alike.
Jenny McComber
Jenny became an integral part of the Forever Dance family in 2018 when her youngest daughter, Jaiden, joined the FD competition team, shortly after the family moved to Carson City in 2017. Originally from Minnesota, Jenny spent 10 years homeschooling her four children while traveling across Texas, Georgia, and back to Texas before settling in Carson City.
As a key member of the Forever Dance Carson City front desk team, Jenny is often the first friendly face families and dancers encounter. Her organizational skills and dedication to providing a welcoming atmosphere make her an invaluable part of the studio.
Outside of the studio, Jenny’s passions include fostering animals through the Nevada Humane Society, hiking with her dogs, and practicing yoga. She loves watching the kids at the studio grow and develop their passion for dance, and she’s grateful to play a part in their dance journey. You can find Jenny at the Carson City Studio Monday through Thursday afternoons, and Friday mornings, ready to support students and parents alike.
Connie Thompson
Office Support Staff
Born and raised in the Carson City area, Connie is a 4th grade teacher at Bordewich Bray Elementary school, holding a BS in Healthcare Management, and a Masters in Education. An experienced dance mom with her two younger kids competing on the Forever Dance Team, Connie is part of our support staff for at FDCC and is the Team Liaison for the “Big Team” and the FDCC Mini and Tot Teams.
