DESCRIPTION:Recital Day \nOur recital is divided into 4 sessions. The doors to the showroom will open at 11:15am. Start times for each session will be: \nSession 1 – 12:00pm\, Session 2 – 2:00pm\, Session 3 – 4:00pm\, Session 4 – 6:00pm \nAll dancers need to be back stage 3 numbers before each of their dances. (Tots and young dancers should be brought to the stage doors by a parent 3 numbers before their dance and should be picked up by a parent immediately following their dance.) \nWe will be having recital recognition with medals and trophies at the end of each session. Your dancer will receive their medal or trophy at the end of the last session they dance in. All dancers (except for graduating seniors) should be wearing their recital t-shirt when they come up to receive their medal or trophy. Dancers can wear the t-shirt over their costume if they wish.  \nPlease read through the running order to find your dancer’s dance names throughout the recital so you know when they will be dancing and so you can plan accordingly for the day. You will receive costume notes for all dances.  \nPlease make sure you have all the costume pieces including shoes for each of your dancer’s dances. \nImportant Reminders: \n\n\n\nOur recital is a CASH ONLY event.  Please bring cash if you wish to buy logowear\, recital tickets at the door or raffle tickets.  There are ATM’s in the casino if you need to get cash.\nAll overdue balances must be paid before the recital on Sunday!\nOrder your tickets online before the deadline. You will not be able to purchase tickets after June 13th\, except for GA tickets for $35 each (cash only) the day of recital.  No tickets for sale at staging rehearsal.\nPick up after yourselves and your dancers! The casino staff is not responsible for cleaning up after us. \n\n\n\n\nNo photos or videos \n\n

DESCRIPTION:Staging Rehearsal at Bally’s Lake Tahoe Friday\, June 12. \nForever Dance Staging Rehearsal   \nBally’s Lake Tahoe Friday June 12th\, 2025—–55 highway 50 Stateline\, NV \nWe will have a staging rehearsal at Bally’s prior to the recital.This is not a dress rehearsal\, no costumes will be worn. It is very important for the dancers to be able to have a rehearsal on the stage they will be performing on. It gives them a feel for the stage\, which is a very different space from our studios. They will review their spacing and practice entrances and exits from the Bally’s stage. Especially for our first year recital students\, the Staging Rehearsal opens their eyes to see that we are really putting on a show with an audience! Please do your best to make it possible for your child to be at the Staging Rehearsal. Not only will they feel more comfortable onstage for the recital\, but this is part of the FUN!! \nWhat to Wear to the staging rehearsal: \n~All dancers should wear neat dance attire with hair pulled securely back in a bun or low ponytail.   \n~Please bring all the shoes that you will be wearing for the Recital.   \n~Dancers in baton\, please remember to bring your batons\, as we will not have extra ones at Bally’s.   \n~No make-up needed. \n~No costumes needed. \nWhat to Expect \n~Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled staging time slot. \n~Please arrive on time. We will not wait for dancers who are late. You will miss your Staging Rehearsal if you are late. \n~Our goal is to stay on time. If we get behind\, we will do our best to catch up. \n~Most dances will get one run-through. \n~Dancers will line up with your teacher backstage 2 numbers before your scheduled slot. \n~Parents may video your dancer at the staging rehearsal\, but please stay behind the teacher area in the front of the showroom. \n~It will be a long day\, but it is part of the process of putting on a show. \nRules \n~NO Food or DRINKS are allowed in Bally’s Showroom.This is Bally’s rule for all of their current performances. \n~Dancers ARE allowed to have food backstage\, but these snacks should be items such as water and food bars.  Please do not bring in messy foods. \n~Please DO NOT leave any trash in the showroom\, dressing rooms or backstage. \n~All beverages backstage must have a secure lid. No drinks allowed without a cover. Water bottles and hydroflasks are great! \n~Please be sure to clean up your area before you leave the showroom on the evening of the staging rehearsal\, as well as at the recital. Bally’s does not clean up after us\, so we need all families to help keep the theater clean. \n~No running around the showroom or backstage.   \n~No excessive talking in the showroom. \n~Parents please supervise your children\, so that we can get the dancers on stage quickly and efficiently. \n~Younger dancers may not be dropped off and left unsupervised. \nPlease note: Parking is not free at the casinos. \n

DESCRIPTION:Recital Picture Days \nForever Dance Lake Tahoe (FDLT) May 26th & 27th. \n– NO REGULAR CLASSES AT FDLT THESE DAYS \nForever Dance Carson City (FDCC) June 2nd\, June 3rd & June 4th. \n– NO REGULAR CLASSES AT FDCC THESE DAYS. \nPicture Day is also the dress rehearsal. We strongly encourage dancers to be in the group picture for all their recital dances\, even if they are not purchasing a package for each dance. Dancers should be ready and in their recital costume with hair done at the time listed on the schedule (schedule will be sent in email). Please come to the studio early or arrive at the studio in costume\, hair done. (Light make-up or team make-up is ok.)  \nDancers will go into Studio 2 at the scheduled time and have individual and group pictures taken. The dancers will then move into Studio 1 to run their dance in costume. Once they are done with this\, they can change into their next costume if they have multiple dances.  \n  \nOrdering Pictures: \n~We will be sending out the “recital picture order form” from Kid Pix in an email when we send out the schedule. Please fill out the order form in advance if possible.  \n~There will also be order forms available at the studio for you to fill out. \n**Please note:  You will need to fill out one order form for each dance your child is ordering pictures for. \n~Payments for pictures will be made directly to Kid Pix Studios and must be paid on picture day.

DESCRIPTION:Classes will begin on Monday\, September 8th. \nIn Person Registration at Forever Dance Carson City on August 18 & 19 from 3:00 – 8:00 pm (Monday & Tuesday). \n \nWalk-in registration – We will be able to help you plan your dancer’s schedule. \nBefore you arrive for Registration: \n~Fill out and submit the 2025-2026 Online Registration Form before you arrive at Forever Dance. \n~Payment for registration and September tuition will be due at the time of registration. \nIf you are unable to register in person\, please email foreverdancelt@gmail.com and we can register your dancer via email.  \nYou must submit the online registration form before emailing us. DESCRIPTION:Circus Stars Mini Camp for ages 3-7\, August 5-7\, 2025! \nSummer Mini-Camps for ages 3-7. \nThese 3-day camps from 9:00am -12:00pm (Tuesday\, Wednesday\, Thursday) are designed for children ages 3-7. \nEach day kids will dance\, tumble\, make crafts\, and play games\, all relating to the camp’s theme. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nCrafts and snacks will be provided daily.\nThe cost is $110 per 3-day session. \nJuly 15-17 ~ Rodeo Roundup \nJuly 22-24 ~ Prince & Princess Tea Party \nJuly 29 – July 31 ~ Luau with Lilo and Stitch \nAugust 5-7 ~ Circus Stars \nSign up in advance for Summer Classes and Camps!\nThe deadline for mini-camp registration is 1 week before each camp begins. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegister by email foreverdancelt@gmail.com with your registration request.\nFor classes\, let us know which classes you are interested in.
